2 or 3 year loans, add 1 Point per year to the 1 year fee. **Rates outside the US start at 12% and go up Prepayment penalty: 1 to 3 years = 3 months interest for 1/2 life of loan, 5 to 15 years = 6 months interest for life of loan

- Processing fee is $750for O/O SFR or $1500 for all other properties, $750 document preparation fee, $850underwriting fee, $2,500 out-of-state attorney fee.

- Commercial Loan in the US- Processing-$5000 & up, Site Inspection $1000 & up depending on location. Underwriting $2500 and up depending on project size
- Commercial Loans outside US- Application-$15,000, Site Inspection $3500, Title Work $5,000, Appraisal $12,000, Legal Deposit $10,000 and up, all other fee will be determined based on type of loan and project.
- Hard Money Loans can close in two weeks to 90 Days in the United States, outside will depend on the Country.
- Normal Loans will take from 45 days up depending on the project and complete package (US)
- Normal Loans outside the US can take 90 up to 180 days plus, depending on project and if it is a bank loan or advertised loan.
- All non real estate projects are on a case by case basis and a minimum deposit is $10,000 for retainer.
