INVESTOR SUITABILITY REQUIREMENTS

There are certain requirements to meet to determine if you are eligible to invest in trust deeds. If you have any questions regarding your situation please call us.

Below is a list of eligibility requirements:

  1. Must meet criteria for net worth and income:
    • $250,000 net worth and minimum of $65,000 income per year.
  2. Out of state investors can invest only if they are an accredited investor and highly sophisticated in arranging mortgage investments. (secondary market purchaser)
  3. May be an institutional investor
  4. May invest in any offerings outside of the United States as long as they are sophisticated and can complete the application form.
